We believe youth are the future leaders of our nation, shaping society with their ideals, morals, and courage. In marginalised areas, many young people live in confusion, without dreams or direction. Our mission is to make them aware of their rights, government schemes, and opportunities to become self-reliant. As the job market shrinks, we promote entrepreneurship as a path to financial independence. We guide them to set personal and social goals, inspiring them to become role models and change-makers in their communities.
Equal and Reformed Society
We are committed to building a society where equality is a lived reality, not just an idea. Every individual, regardless of their background, should have the same rights and opportunities to grow. We work to bring long-term reforms that remove social barriers, eliminate discrimination, and foster respect for all. We can proudly say that countless lives have benefited through our justice-giving initiatives. By promoting fairness and justice, we aim to create a society where everyone get justice, can thrive, and can contribute to the nation’s progress.
Child Rights and Protection
Many children, orphaned or abandoned, face extreme vulnerability—falling prey to trafficking, exploitation, addiction, or crime. With no access to education, they are easily drawn into harmful situations.Collaborating with the municipal corporation, we work to protect them by organising street and slum awareness camps, highlighting the dangers they face and the importance of schooling. We also have 20 centers in different areas where we nurture their interest in learning, provide necessary facilities, and create safe spaces where they can grow. Our mission is to guide them away from exploitation and towards a life of dignity and opportunity.
Education for the Backward
Education is the most powerful tool to combat life’s challenges, yet in many marginalised parts of Thane, it remains out of reach. Families struggling to earn a daily living often see schooling as a luxury, leading to high dropout rates. Rashtriya Bahujan Adhikar Sanghatana strives to ensure these children continue their education by providing financial support and free study materials, easing the burden on families. Our goal is to keep them in school, nurture their potential, and help them work towards a brighter, self-reliant future.
Women’s Rights and Empowerment
Women are the pillars of any society, and their progress is society’s progress. Yet, women from underprivileged backgrounds often remain behind due to lack of awareness and education. We work to empower them by spreading knowledge of their rights and building their confidence. Through skill-based trainings like stitching, tailoring, and beauty parlour courses, we help them achieve financial independence. We encourage them to dream, to lead, and to break cycles of dependence, creating stronger families and a stronger community.
Karate Training
We believe self-defence is a vital skill for women’s safety and confidence. Through our karate training program, we not only promote physical fitness but also equip women with techniques to protect themselves in challenging situations. This initiative fosters discipline, courage, and self-belief. Till date, we have successfully trained 500 women, empowering them to face the world with strength, awareness, and the assurance that they can stand up for themselves.
